We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Hillview cottage. This cottage is located perfectly for exploring the coastal areas in and around Ayrshire. After reading the reviews prior to our stay we were not left disappointed. Moreen was there to welcome us and explained everything we needed and offered some recommendations for the area. The property is clean, tidy and extremely well equipped for both ourselves and our dog. The welcome pack was just lovely and we all could not wait to devour. Our 2 children 16 & 15 enjoyed the games room whilst we preferred the relaxing views from the hot tub. We enjoyed several day trips to the isles of Aaron and Bute which were stunning. The local area also has some great walks and amenities with a lovely coffee shop in Beith just a 5 minute walk from the property. We absolutely loved seeing the cows everyday on this working farm. We were very fortunate during our stay to see some new calves with there mummies just so cute. We will definitely be back to explore the area further in the future.

Hillview Cottage is a beautifully furnished and very well equipped accommodation. A doggy welcome pack plus everything you need for your initial arrival including home made scones, cream, jam, fizz, bread, butter, eggs, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk awaits you.In a very rural setting being sited on the owner's dairy farm, you will enjoy watching the cows pass the front of the cottage, en route to the field for grazing. Stopping to hang their heads over the garden wall to nibble on the shrubs.Hot tub and games room make wonderful additions and we were blessed with glorious weather so could not have asked for anything more.
