The Groom's Cottage at Roddenloft is a spacious detached cottage on a quiet country lane near Mauchline in Ayrshire. It sits in the heart of Burns Country and sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. Each cottage has its own private hot tub and the setting is genuinely peaceful surrounded by farmland with a stream just 100 metres away.

Ayrshire is walking and golf territory. The River Ayr Way runs 40 miles from source to sea and the Ayrshire Coastal Path stretches 100 miles. Royal Troon and Turnberry golf courses are both within reach. Red deer, roe deer and birds of prey are regularly spotted in the area.

The cottage has three bedrooms: a kingsize ensuite, a twin ensuite and a double bedroom. There's a full family bathroom too. Biomass central heating, Wi-Fi and all bed linen and towels are included. A games room with pool table, table tennis and football table is shared on site.
